Healthy Foods Standards:

Basic principles followed to make the delectable food healthy.

• Freshly made in-house ground flours like rice, wheat, cereals, pulses, vegetables/fruits, etc to ensure purity of Ingredients and taste authenticity.

• Only in-house made masalas, sauces, etc are used.

• No refined Sugar or artificial sweeteners.

• Cooking methods such as steaming, stewing and stir-frying are used. These methods consume less oil making the food easily digestible. Deep-fried foods are considered unhealthy and are avoided.

• Natural spices are used in preparing the food.

• No artificial additives, colours, flavours and preservatives. All colours and flavours are derived from fresh ingredients.

• Ingredients such as baking powder, baking soda and Maida(refined flour), that have long-term side effects are avoided.
