You have nothing to do with the actions and reactions of the material modes of nature. In distributing Your mercy, You are equal to everyone. You have no specific object of favor, nor do You have any object of envy. You Yourself descend amongst animals, men, sages and aquatics. And You were afraid, though fear personified is afraid of You. This sight is bewildering to me.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">kecid \u0101hur aja\u1e41 j\u0101ta\u1e41<br>pu\u1e47ya-\u015blokasya k\u012brtaye<br>yado\u1e25 priyasy\u0101nvav\u0101ye<br>malayasyeva candanam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some say that the Unborn is born for the glorification of pious kings, and others say that He is born to please King Yadu, one of Your dearest devotees. You appear in his family as sandalwood appears in the Malaya hills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">apare vasudevasya<br>devaky\u0101\u1e41 y\u0101cito \u2019bhyag\u0101t<br>ajas tvam asya k\u1e63em\u0101ya<br>vadh\u0101ya ca sura-dvi\u1e63\u0101m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Others say that since both Vasudeva and Devak\u012b prayed for You, You have taken Your birth as their son. Undoubtedly You are unborn, yet You take Your birth for their welfare and to kill those who are envious of the demigods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">bh\u0101r\u0101vat\u0101ra\u1e47\u0101y\u0101nye<br>bhuvo n\u0101va ivodadhau<br>s\u012bdanty\u0101 bh\u016bri-bh\u0101re\u1e47a<br>j\u0101to hy \u0101tma-bhuv\u0101rthita\u1e25<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Others say that the world, being overburdened like a boat at sea, is much aggrieved, and that Brahm\u0101, who is Your son, prayed for You, and so You have appeared to diminish the trouble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">bhave \u2019smin kli\u015byam\u0101n\u0101n\u0101m<br>avidy\u0101-k\u0101ma-karmabhi\u1e25<br>\u015brava\u1e47a-smara\u1e47\u0101rh\u0101\u1e47i<br>kari\u1e63yann iti kecana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And yet others say that You appeared to rejuvenate the devotional service of hearing, remembering, worshiping and so on in order that the conditioned souls suffering from material pangs might take advantage and gain liberation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u015b\u1e5b\u1e47vanti g\u0101yanti g\u1e5b\u1e47anty abh\u012bk\u1e63\u1e47a\u015ba\u1e25<br>smaranti nandanti tavehita\u1e41 jan\u0101\u1e25<br>ta eva pa\u015byanty acire\u1e47a t\u0101vaka\u1e41<br>bhava-prav\u0101hoparama\u1e41 pad\u0101mbujam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O K\u1e5b\u1e63\u1e47a, those who continuously hear, chant and repeat Your transcendental activities, or take pleasure in others\u2019 doing so, certainly see Your lotus feet, which alone can stop the repetition of birth and death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">apy adya nas tva\u1e41 sva-k\u1e5btehita prabho<br>jih\u0101sasi svit suh\u1e5bdo \u2019nuj\u012bvina\u1e25<br>ye\u1e63\u0101\u1e41 na c\u0101nyad bhavata\u1e25 pad\u0101mbuj\u0101t<br>par\u0101ya\u1e47a\u1e41 r\u0101jasu yojit\u0101\u1e41has\u0101m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O my Lord, You have executed all duties Yourself.
